Welcome to a new term at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. It's 2021 and students, both new and old, are returning to the castle that we all know and love. But this year, something has changed. The founders are back.
The wizarding world is overflowing with theories but the truth is that nobody knows how or why the founders of Hogwarts have returned from the grave. Historians had dismissed the legend that they could be resurrected if Hogwarts was in danger but the rumours appear to be true... except the school seems to be as safe as ever. Even the founders themselves are unaware of who cast the spell and why they did it.
Of course, not everybody is pleased about the founders' return. The Society for the Liberation of Wizards has announced their objection and earned the support of like-minded wizards. When the Society was created seven years ago, they campaigned to end the oppression of the magical community and come out of hiding. Their agenda might sound harmless but it was enough for Harry Potter to regroup the Order of the Phoenix.
The Pueri Serpentis, a secret society rumoured to have been founded by Salazar Slytherin himself, are using their influence across the globe to fight the Society's efforts. They believe that the wizarding and Muggle worlds must stay separate at all costs and have operated from the shadows for centuries to defend the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy.
Why have the founders returned after a thousand years? Did the Society want them to lead a revolution? Did the Order need powerful allies to replace Dumbledore? Or are the founders just playing dumb about their real intentions?
It's going to be a complicated year but one thing is for certain: it's time to pick a side.

 THE WILD SIDE Is an original warrior cat roleplay where the line between right and wrong is blurred. In the vast expanse of this strange land, you may find an array of different stories; from the Roamers, to the Clans. Deciding which side you're on may be easy, but, deciding what to believe is the hard part. As the Clans are being feared, and the Roamers are being accused, everyone has their secrets. Everyone has their faults. No two cats are the same, each group makes up their own laws believing their ways and customs are superior to another; that their way of life is the only way to prosper. This is a third person roleplay site, account per character with a small twist; there are no humans and StarClan is just a place where the dead go, the cats pray to certain gods who actually created StarClan. So much more awaits you in this unique twist on warriors!

 Harry Potter Arcane is an animanga roleplay set in 2015, the Wizarding World. Since we are non-canon, several things may deviate from Rowling's series as you know it. Events and occurrences in the IC environment are shaped through members' activities, basing themselves on characters' plots and threads throughout the site. It's up for you to decide what happens to the site and its plot.
HPA emphasises on creativity and freedom. Aspire to become the next Chief Warlock? Dream of being a Dark Lord? Wish to create a Philosopher's stone or a horcrux? Or do you simply want to play a slice of life? Everything is possible! The world, and its future, is yours to create. |

No doubt you were snatched up from your home world by the PIF- it's our resident field of multi-dimensional confusion, a mysterious force that lately has taken to the form of a moose with a platter of spaghetti in its antlers. (Don't ask us why, we don't know.) This pasta-moose has a nasty habit of stealing people away from their planets, and over the years Isnit Weyrd has become the new home to elves, mages, space warriors, and third-grade English teachers (and more!). Absolutely anyone can end up here, which means that you have near endless possibilities when creating your character! And you won't be alone for long. Similar in fashion to Dragonriders of Pern, Isnit allows you to form special soul-bonds with various creatures (we call them shinies). There's no limit to how many you can accumulate. Do you love gryphons? Are you a phoenix fan? Awed by wyverns? They're all here, including a slew of member-created shinies that exist nowhere else! So while you're off trying to get yourself a dragon or a unicorn, you can pause to grab up that armor-wearing raptor or the little trinket fox. With member-driven plots, fun events, and a near-constant stream of bondings, there's always something to do. Chat with our friendly members in the CBox, or plan a plot out in the forest.
